Where This Tradition Comes From
Red Road Wellness was founded by Thomas "Bear That Paces Back and Forth" Tovar, who received authority to share the botanical knowledge of Wild Apán through the Native American Church network. Thomas serves as the first Principal Stone Carrier of Mitákuye Oyás'iŋ Chapter of the New Haven Native American Church, a 501(c)(3) organization. Full lineage documentation and legal authority are publicly available at AllAreRelated.org.
The knowledge of Apán — known in Sahaptin as Tawtnúk, and also as Shiaqga — has been shared and honored within Indigenous communities of the Pacific Northwest for generations. The research in this library reflects what traditional knowledge has long recognized. We carry this responsibility with humility, transparency, and a commitment to service over commerce.
Red Road Wellness LLC is a commercial wellness company. The New Haven Native American Church is a separate 501(c)(3) religious entity. These two organizations are legally and operationally distinct.

Research Meets the Ritual
Every Red Road Wellness supplement is formulated around the compounds explored in this library — beta-glucans, thymoquinone, and botanical synergists. The research is here so you can understand exactly what you're taking and why.
